The Big Reds are also 6-0 in regional championship games.algernonsidney wrote: ↑Sun Nov 13, 2022 7:11 pm http://fourseasonsfootball.com/oh.html
Bellaire is 9-0 all-time at Sulsberger. I still think the Cadets will take this fairly easily. After that, it will definitely not be easy.
Re: Reg 23: #3. Bellaire Vs #1. Fort Frye
Pulling big time for Bellaire in this one and for them to succeed I think it’s sort of simple they need to control the clock and Ray Ray needs to touch the ball 25 plus times. This time of year for smaller division school the game plans should be simple. Get the ball to your studs over and over and over again.

Re: Reg 23: #3. Bellaire Vs #1. Fort Frye
Cadets Running game has been awesome.
Downtown Owen Brown has 1715 yards 28 rushing Tds , 5 Rec Tds , 3 Kick Return Tds , 1 Int for Td vs Bellaire for a total of 37 Tds.
Austin Powell has 958 yards 11 Tds
Braxton Brown has 29 receptions 397 yards 7 Tds , 3 Return Tds and 8 Ints.
First year starting Qb Clayton Miller has 986 yards passing 17 Tds 5 Ints
Zaiden Huck 169 Tackles
Graham Baker has 11 Sacks
Caleb Riggs eastern district defensive player of the year has 9 Sacks.
Keegan Strode “ Playoff Keegan” as I call him had just been a monster at Lb since returning from injury.
This team has been fun to watch headlined by the 12 stud Srs.

A lot of the talk in week 2 was that it was a possible preview of this regional championship. The Big Reds have plenty of offensive firepower, but 62 points is a ton to give up. If they have found a way cut Fort Frye's points in half, winning is still going to be a tough task.

Pulling for Fort Frye. Hope you win the state. Our area is over due and Fort is our best chance to do that. Gitter done.
Hurting the feelings of the nadless wonders who are afraid to comment before the games.

It's an extremely tough division, so I give them about a 1% chance, but thanks.thirtyonetrap wrote: ↑Fri Nov 18, 2022 6:19 pm Pulling for Fort Frye. Hope you win the state. Our area is over due and Fort is our best chance to do that. Gitter done.

You call yourself a bellaire fan? That is hilarious a true bellaire fan wouldn’t say the poop you saidBunker Hill wrote: ↑Sun Nov 13, 2022 8:24 am Four seasons ago in week ten Martins Ferry beat Bellaire 35-7 at Ferry . One week later , also at Ferry in the Playoffs Bellaire won 14-7 , yes thing can change from week to week .
Bellaire starts three new defensive starters that did not play week two and a fourth who played only a few snaps , all underclassmen . I’m from Bellaire and as huge a Fan as anyone , but I try to remain objective and do not see Bellaire winning this game , although I do expect it to be much closer much like the F F game last evening.
During that game in week two the Bellaire O wasn’t that bad , it was the Defense that was ultra horrible giving up 462 yards on the ground . If that improves as it should this game should be a good game .

Yeah, well they didn't play a padded scheduleEasternDspy wrote: ↑Tue Nov 15, 2022 12:39 pmUL went 5-6Spaylaywathepi wrote: ↑Tue Nov 15, 2022 11:39 amNot every time. Union Local came into their week 9 matchup with a vaunted run game, a stud running back, their speed back returning from an injury, and a running QB. Bellaire won 8-7 in a defensive struggle. They held UL to 110 yards on 32 carries on the ground, but that was a conventional running game not the wing T.EasternDspy wrote: ↑Tue Nov 15, 2022 9:01 am
Fort Frye almost ran for 500 on them last time. I’m not saying it won’t be closer though.
Bellaire can say they improve all the want but every time they played a rushing team they lost.
St Clairsville and Wheeling Central also had big games rushing on the Big Reds. Coal Grove was much bigger than Bellaire.

I think they gave up after they had to forfeit the season openerEasternDspy wrote: ↑Tue Nov 15, 2022 1:27 pmThey were so banged up they almost gave up by the end of the season. I’ll give them credit they did hold them to 7 in rivalry game.Spaylaywathepi wrote: ↑Tue Nov 15, 2022 1:23 pmBut you said EVERY TIME . Don't move the goal posts! Lol.

Northmor might have ran for 220 yards but still got their a$$ handed to them as will ff
Re: Reg 23: #3. Bellaire Vs #1. Fort Frye
D6 is tough this year.. it’ll be a tough state semi game next week for the Cadets. With that being said, FF wins this game 48-21.

I wouldn't say that. Their season opener that they had to forfeit was against a club team that didn't count anyway. Their Harbin points average came out the same. Their late season skid had nothing to do with the forfeit. JMHO
