Zane Trace controlled the whole game. It was not as close as the score finished. 35-24

This is why I took Zane Trace until I seen something out of Piketon, Piketon just isn't there up front not sure they can handle Unioto or Paint Valley. Piketon took opening kickoff and walked right down the field to take a 6-0 lead, ZT went on to outscore them 35-6 before Piketon scored some meaningless TDs at the end. I believe Piketon was a year away anyways I looked for them to make more noise next year.

That's the negative to running a 3-5-3, in order to really be effective with it you need 3 DL guys out there that can just dominate and hold ground they must take up 2 multiple blockers in order to keep the backers clean. ZT has shown zero ability to push the ball downfield this year through the air this year zero reason teams shouldn't be lining up with 4-5 DL against them.

Who wore number 50 for Paint Valley against Westfall?
He had a pick 30 seconds into the game.

Zt’s Coaches & Players are starting to develop an identity and figure out what kind of team they “are”. If Langley can continue to get healed up and give them some sort of a passing threat with Fetters coming back from a broken foot this week, which will shore up the middle of that offensive line. This team could potentially have a huge say on the svc outcome going forward.

What are you talking about? Zane Trace was 8 for10 passing. 7 shovel passes.

LOL, that sounds about right. I think the coach for ZT is starting to learn who they are and how to get the job done. ZT with a couple games to keep working on things before taking on Unioto.

I won’t believe in whatever change you are alluding too that the coach makes until his starting QB is back. They are a power running team, but he hasn’t shown the ability to trust that

Last night was due to being down guys who could throw downfield. They shouldn’t change anything moving forward as it should be a whole lot of Phillis and Hartsaugh, which opens the field for Langley. That’s what worked before, but time will tell if they do that before Unioto

Langley played 20-25 snaps last night, but did not run the ball. Should be full go in a few weeks.
