The teams to beat are Shadyside and Danville. Trimble is young and could be very tough come playoff time. Athens played them in the preseason game and they had a lot of speed

To put it in perspective, Shadyside and Danville have a combined 48 playoff wins, 29 and 19 respectively. The other 26 teams in the region have 52 playoff wins combined.

Danville is way down compared to last year still might be good enough to win it. Just don't think they will be blowing teams out come playoff time.

Didn't Buckeye Trail and Southern play a common opponent. Come on spy, we are cadets and we know southern is not better than Buckeye Trail!

Predicted order of finish:
1. East 10-0
2. Shady 9-1
3. Trimble 9-1
4. Danville 8-2
5. Waterford 8-2
6. Southern 8-2
7. Rosecrans 7-3
8. Eastern/Miller 7-3

East should hope they don't face rosecrans in the first rd. Saw them both last year against a common opponent and rosecrans was better. Both return everyone. Playoff prediction: east over the 8 seed, shady over rosecrans, Trimble over southern and Danville over Waterford. Danville will beat east and shady will beat Trimble. Shady beats danville in the regional final.

I think not based on record the best teams in the region are:
1. Shady
2. Danville
3. Rosecrans
4. Trimble
5. East
6. Trail
7. Waterford
8. Southern

A lot of football left to play. Will be interesting to see how it shapes up.

Fairfield Christian took a little bit of a beating by Troy Christian last night, who is an outstanding football team.

Looks like a lot of fairly easy wins ahead for them in the MSL.
