Southeastern High School Coach gone?

Word has it that Coach Black has jumped ship and wont be coaching there in the fall, anyone else have any information?

Hear he is returning to Amanda CC.
Kind of late to be leaving. Not really fair to the kids.
Who will take over this program. Will be hard to be successful with kids leaving the program and not playing.

Tough break for the Panthers. I imagine they'd have to keep it in house and go with an assistant at this late juncture. You only have one month to go before camp begins. Your 7 on 7's begin in two weeks.

I just read this on the puddle. sad to hear it is so late in the season, But maybe they knew it was coming and already have a plan in place and just had to wait until the finalization date to let it be known. that is possible I guess.

I think he took a CBI teaching position. I don't know anything about the coaching status.

Ok I heard a new coach has been picked. Anyone have any info on who it is? When is the board meeting to approve him? I am assuming they will have a special meeting to make it official.

Cory's record does not reflect what he has done for the program. He has worked harder than any coach to get the program back on track. He will be missed. Hopefully the superintendent and board will hire someone that has as much determination as Cory. But I did hear a rumor that they were not happy with the superintendent.
