i don't know times have changed.I would say Ironton don't want any of Belfry right know. Belfry has really gotten stronger the past couple of years.they were state runner up last year. they beat Johnson Central and Breathitt last year.

the are projected to beat Ironton rather easily. with that said it should be a great game.

I beleive we have beat them 2 times that they went on and won the State Championship. Correct me if I'm wrong. I think it would still be a good game if we played them now.

Believe it or not most of the time this game was much more competetive than it should have been. It also generated more gate money than any game on the schedule, which is the point they were trying to make.

Belfry. i screwed up on the quote i think it would be a nice game to watch. should be a lot of pad poppin. no hating on I TOWN just think it would be a good game.

No doubt it would be a good game, they always seem to field a great football team at Belfry. I really like that new stadium they have, they just needed more visitor stands from what I remember. A proud football tradition just like the Tigers.

Burg vs. Nelsonville York

Burg vs. Amanda Clearcreek

Burg vs. Newark Catholic (played a 4 year series, with Burg winning 3 of them, only losing one in overtime)

Burg vs. Jackson ( was a regular game back in the 80's. Don't know why now they jsut scrimmage)

Burg vs. Gallipolis (some classic matchups when these two get together)
