Is it as bright as Logan's? is it on turf or natural grass?

Thanks for the info in advance

When you say the stadium is still under construction. Is it as bad as the entry roads into Logan? It was the return to the Dust Bowl out there.
Logan had a great facility. However, I dont think the planners thought anyone would need to use the restroom on the visitor's side of the stadium. The building that housed the restroom was awesome, there are only like one or two heads.
Looking forward to a trip to Nelsonville.

the field is turf, been played on 3 full seasons, so its getting nice and broken in. As for the lighting, i have not been to the new Logan field, so im not sure, i know its bright and the view on the field is great, you can see everything great(unless you're running behind Derrick Arnold, trying to catch him)...lol...but under construction is the concession stand, it may be done by our game tho....but the roads are fine.

That's just the way it is though, not trying to make excuses but they could have easily scheduled teams around the area and beat them and be sitting at 6-0 right now, but personally I think that exposing the kids to this type of competition will only make them better and help them even more if they advance to the post-season, hopefully both Chilly and Ironton will be there week 11.

Just a thought

What are you looking for here? Did Ironton not clock these same kind of opponents in their hayday? Sure, the competition is tough but no one in Ironton ever apologized for beating tough opponents in the day. Can't you just say maybe Ironton is just in a down cycle and leave it at that? They'll win their share but it is like Ironton can't be average....it just can't happen. C'mon, everyone has their good years and bad years. The kids that play for Ironton today have no more or less heart (and I'm sick of hearing that, too) than the kids that played for them yesteryear. I'm not slamming Ironton; personally I don't have a lot of the history with them that most on here do. It's just that everything in nature finds it's own level. Let it rest, Ironton will win their share in the future. When you do, kudos to you.

From Drew Pasteurs Fantastic 50 predictions on JJHuddle.

We know how much Ohio high school football fans love numbers, so here’s another set for fanatics to look at. Thanks to Drew Pasteur, a professor of math at the College of Wooster, we’re proud to unveil and offer Drew Pasteur's Ohio Fantastic 50. In addition to ranking every team in the state, the Fantastic 50 also offers predictions for this weekend’s game. Enjoy. We know you will.

Here is what it says about the Ironton Fighting Tigers.

#209 Ironton (3-3) 112.5
Ranked #29 of 119 in Division IV, #5 in Region 15
Str-of-sched 0.869, #32 toughest overall, #1 in Division IV
Reg. Season Wins: 4W-8% 5W-20% 6W-34% 7W-36%
Playoff chance 77% ( 4W-1% 5W-39% 6W-97% 7W-100% )
Region Title Odds - 10:1 State Title Odds - 350:1
Week 1: Lost 22-23 A vs #121 Wheelersburg (7-0, D5 R19)
Week 2: Won 54-6 H vs Our Lady Of Mount Carmel (Mississauga) [On] (3-1, D1)
Week 3: Won 42-6 H vs #283 Gallia Academy (Gallipolis) (4-3, D4 R15)
Week 4: Won 18-6 H vs Ashland Blazer () [Ky] (4-2, D3)
Week 5: Lost 10-35 A vs #28 Logan (7-0, D2 R7)
Week 6: Lost 9-14 A vs #127 Chillicothe (5-2, D3 R12)
Week 7: Won 54-6 H vs #304 Jackson (5-2, D2 R8)
Week 8: A vs #357 Portsmouth (1-6, D4 R15) 77% W (10 pts)
Week 9: A vs #327 Nelsonville-York (Nelsonville) (6-1, D5 R19) 71% W (8 pts)
Week 10: H vs #458 Warren (Vincent) (4-3, D3 R11) 94% W (22 pts)

It's interesting that it has Ironton as having the #1 strength of schedule for all of D4 and #32 overall.
