ZT travels really well. They filled waverly up on home side.

Waverly isn't a neutral site since ZT just played there Friday night. Chillicothe wouldn't be right. It should be at Portsmouth.

Any midway point for these 2 teams or just if it is in Chillicothe is the perfect location for where these 2 teams are at in their divisions. Talking about players and coaches alike from both the SVC and SOC being so close they will all be out to represent and cheer on their conference. With the lack of travel time and how deep this is in the playoffs I believe it's really going to bring out A LOT of people that normally might not go do to travel time/location. Right now intellicast is showing right around 50 degrees at kickoff for a game played in Waverly obviously a lot can change but seems the weather is also going to cooperate. I for one expect a VERY large crowd. There was a packed house in Chillicothe last year for the Burg vs Hartley game, now you've got 2 local teams with a birth in the final 4 on the line, going to be PACKED.

Burg rolls on. Clearly the best team in the region.

Not exactly sure how you see Waverly isn't a neutral site because ZT just played there, Wheelersburg played at Portsmouth this year so by your logic that isn't a neutral site either. Neutral site is an unbiased site not supporting one or the other. Zane Trace also practiced on Chillicothe's field this past week so does that make it not a neutral site?? Just not how it works. I see no difference in saying Chillicothe wouldn't be right where Zane Trace is and the drive they've got to get to the Stadium, Wheelersburg will have the same amount of drive time to Portsmouth maybe add 5 min. because of lights. Portsmouth stadium parking is so horrible I don't even see how people will find anywhere to park. Jackson honestly is best location but with them playing same night I don't see that happening.

Doesn't Jackson have turf issues? Chillicothe is hardly a neutral site and neither is Portsmouth.
Waverly is about as neutral as you can get with brand new turf, new bleachers, plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of.

Jackson has had the turf inspected 2-3 times over the course of the summer and was reported for safe play, been playing on it all season. Jackson playing on Friday night as well is what will keep this game from being at Jackson. Yes, Waverly is the perfect site in terms of being neutral field, accessible field in terms of parking and location right off the highway. Only question will be whether or it will hold everyone, Waverly has a very large home section but the visitors side is quite ordinary. Only way to truly find out is to have a game there with the number of people possibly looking to be at this game really don't know of another stadium in the area other then Jackson or Spartan Stadium (which is grass so won't happen) that will hold the number that could show up to this game.

At Waverly….Fantastic!! It really makes the most sense. Brand new turf field….excellent parking…..travel time about equal for both schools…..easy in easy out…… located on US 23……best food around (home made noodles and other good stuff)……..Good decisions by those in charge.

Got there an 1 1/2 hour before the ZT vs Albany game and the place was 20% full. One hour before game time should be fine.

Waverly may have some additional bleachers brought in for the visitors side.
Gonna be an awesome game!

Geographically Waverly makes sense, but there isn't nearly enough seating.
