I will FYI this for your info. I doubt these morons from Southern will understand or even care for that matter. A 1 pood kettlebell weighs 53 lbs. Poods are the russian standard by which kettlebells are weighed. Therefore, our friend the mt-headed one, would need 2 kettlebells each weighing 1.5 poods to approximate his new max of 135 lbs. Actually, these would prolly be too heavy for him as they would weigh 79.5 lbs. each but they don't sell in increments that he would need. He would prolly better served just using the 1 pood variety.
