Offense was way too vanilla for us. Couldn't understand all the closed formations and no we. Particularly with Owen not playing. Not one formation with a wr until 3rd quarter, very strange. Line didn't play great and the 2 special team plays were a killer. LCC deserved to win that game, but seeing speed teams like them and Zanesville will only help come playoffs. Owen, zaiden need to sit for a couple weeks to get healthy.
I agree with all of this. Thought a screen to Braxton or Clayton would of loosened them up a little.

Finally got the stats from this game.

Maeson Long 18-177 2tds

Fort Frye had 262 rushing total 315
LCC 115 rushing total yards 241

If Collin Welsh and Owen Brown plays all game Cadets probably run for 400.

If LCC qb plays entire game their stats probably better as well

Kick return for a Approx. 80 yd. TD, and a bad snap on punt giving LCC ball on FFs 15 yd line or so.

Special teams seem to be the Achilles heel for Fort Frye.

Special teams also had big plays in the Trimble game. Just struggled Friday night

Achilles won most of his battles, but the one he lost was the one he's remembered for. I can tie every loss in the last 5 years directly to special teams.
