Schenk11 is right, and I'm not going to perpetuate what has unfortunately become a silly thread by continuing the debate.

Good luck Coach Schob.

Team meetings went on today

looks like Coach Schob is expecting nothing but hard work and determination

He has the attitude and the players have it so the tigers are ready to go

Lifting starts thursday for the should be there workouts this starts the hard core intesene workouts and the end of the easy laid back workouts.

any player on here should be there

How many boys who were on that outstanding Marietta freshman team three years ago remain in the program? If I remember, that group went 8-1, losing only to powerful Logan in the final game of the season.

I remember that squad downed GAHS 49-14 ,or something like that and had a tailback who scored five or six touchdowns against the Blue Devil yearlings.

What does Schob have in mind as far as an offensive scheme for the 2008 Tigers?

Coach Spicer cancelled the scrimmage with Canal Winchester because he was unsure of who would get the job after him. Many times when new coaches come in they will cancel on the team they scrimmaged the previous year which puts that team in a bad spot. Coach Spicer is friends with Canal Winchesters coach and he didn't want that to happen to him.

Who is going to Coach for Schob? If he needs some help, a few Coaches from Warren might be interested to help the Tigers!

News today, the second scrimmage will be with Canal Winchester. Coach Spicer will be going to New York to a school the size of Parkersburg High. I believe it's in Albany. Lifting is going real well, we have a lot of new kids coming out and everyone seems to be working hard. It will only get better when track, baseball, and crew are over.
