Scioto County

No bias. Trevon Pendleton from Portsmouth West, also a sleeper who I feel will have a big season in the league is Cory McKnight out in Minford.

Derek Roback is potentially the best athlete of the bunch, his combination of size and speed is scary.

Without a doubt Ralph Whittington -Wellston.This kid runs a 4.1 forty, has a 52" vertical and can bench press 255lbs 40 times. He once killed a whitetail deer with his bare hands after he chased it down . He also body slammed a Grizzly Bear while on vacation in Alaska this summer.

Ok ill comment seriously.Jalen is a great talent .He had a good ,but not great fresman year.He had nagging injuries all year and at the end was held out of games just for his own good.
It is so hard to say who's the best with so much talent out there .All the names in the above post are worthy IMO. To say one is better than the other is impossible in my view. They all have skills and we should just enjoy them while they are still in High School. In reality not many of them will play at the next level for one reason or another.
Viking96 ,Jalen is one of the best talents out there I agree with you on that. Im looking forward to this season with him .I am expecting big things from this youngster. He is also a great kid .

From the OVC Oakie Haynes from Coal Grove and "boomer" Bloomfield from Fairland also Mitchel Davenport from Rock Hill. All could play the next level if they decide to go in football.

boilermaker.....How did Jaylen do at the Top Prospect Camp in Oklahoma this weekend?

Coach Phillips at Oak Hill called me tonight to tell me that Jesse Slone was the QB MVP of his class.

I had the story on both of them at the Camp in this weekend's paper, and wanted to run file photos of both, but I didn't have a file one of Jaylen like I thought I did.

Congrats to both men for being invited to the Ultimate 100 Rivals.com Top Prospect Camp this weekend and for Jesse Slone being named camp MVP of the "sophomore" quarterback group.
