:122249 Both these teams have been near the top in the last several years. They are both having a poor season. This game I see as a competative game between proud schools. I would expect them both to play to their absolute best. This game in my humble opinion will be decided by the play of the special teams. Since it is at Marietta, I will go with the Washington Countians 20-17. Wish both teams good luck and a better 2010 season.

I think this is one of the most interesting matchups in Week 10, as it is hard to predict who is the favored team. On one hand, Marietta has home field advantage. On the other hand, Gallia Academy has dominated Marietta over the years. I'm going to go on history's side in this one and predict Gallia Academy will come away with the win.

If GAHS plays solid for four quarters, the score will favor them.

Heres hoping that seniors, from both teams have a memoriable game.

From 1917 through 1930 was there a separate Gallipolis High School?

So, is Marietta primarily a passing team or a running team. Or, do they mix it up?

I wish the very best for the Gallia Academy seniors tonight; they will have a bond the rest of their lives. I would take all 8 of them back any time. Play hard and make us proud, as you have all year long .

Congrats to the Blue Devils! I knew it wouldn't be long before you guys learned the new scheme and began to rack up a few more victories. Stick with the program and good things will follow, I promise you that.

The game was somewhat closer than the score. The Tigers put the ball on the ground at least three times in the red zone. A couple of times inside the five. GAHS dominated both lines. Great game blue. Super game 22.

Not only did Nate Allison Break school record for rushing I believe we also set the Team record 460 yards set back in the 40's as Austin Wilson had over 100 yards tonight as well!
