Mainly Athens. When they weren't winning empty stands. The games you mentioned have been in the big four seasons. Wait until there go 5-5 again and see the road trips or for that matter the home stands. Also Federal Hocking had the one or two good years fans everywhere, before or after hardly anyone. Nelsonville? Oh no they support as good as Trimble even in the lean years.

I feel like this game will be decided by 3 points or less.

Shadyside will come in with a chip on their shoulder because of last year, and the Cats will come in with a chip on their shoulder because that's just how they play.

This will be another epic game.

L.R Fires may stroke out while doing the game on channel 15 this week!

It's a nice facility, IMO. You'll have to make a slight walk from where they have people park, but nothing too extreme. Decent seating on the home side, with bleachers on the visiting side. Never been there for a playoff game, but I would think there should be a good bit of seats.

Thanks Tiger Bait. The Tomcats will be ready for this one. It should be a good old slobberknocker.

Visitor side like mentioned by Jake is nice, still seats only about 2,000 at best. Visitor side is very small. Plenty of parking, but in grass fields unless you get there early and park in the hs and grade school lots.

Why this game was not put at Zanesville is beyond me. Nobody is playing there Saturday night.

Maybe Zanesville didn't want to host on Saturday for whatever reason. It takes a lot of volunteers to make these games happen and maybe they were afraid they wouldn't have enough volunteers.

One thing is for sure I love to listen to the announcers from 107.7. They keep giving time and score and don't always talk over each other. They do a great, great job. They also talk up both teams. They may be vested in Trimble but say lots of good things about the opponent. Great job guys. Keep it up and i'll be listening on Saturday.

The 107 guys sound like 2 drunk people trying to call the game from their living room.......

They aren't good at the play by play, and the color commentary is something to be desired..... Poor little fellows try real hard though.

Everyone has a preference on what they like in a radio broadcast, and they are entitled to their opinion and are free to tune into whomever.

105.5FM will of course cover the game, which is also available online at wxtq.com. 105 broadcast is only a 2-man crew, 1 play-by-play and 1 color guy, and I'm confident they don't talk over each other. I've heard them broadcast games numerous times.

I listen to 105.5, they do a fine job. It's nice of them to do both games. Athens on Friday/Trimble on Saturday. Not many other stations would do that. 105.5 plays some good music as well.
