Jackson is to sloppy to win this game. Plain and simple. Is there a team anywhere around with more fumbles? More penalties? If they were to avoid what they usually do they can win but I’m guessing a repeat of miscues. Washington 41 Jackson 31.

No. Horribly disappointing game but they were the better team last night. Hats off to them. Best I’ve seen them in a long time but still a loss we just can’t have.

Don’t expect to get back on the winning side of things this week.

Skill wise Jackson matches up with anyone. They can run and catch too.

Where Jackson kids need to be different is dig down deep to those pee wee football days when you were installed to HIT you
SENIOR OFFENSIVE LINEMAN. This what you been waiting for. This is what you worked for !! You senior o-lineman win this football game for Jackson. You mules up front this week I not only challenge you to practice like it this week then play like it Friday night is not only WIN the LOS but you seniors DOMINATE the LOS this week.

I do a lot of jinxing and reverse jinxing but sometimes you just have to come out and say it. I was positive all week vs WB and all during game thread. Jackson is winning this game.

Jackson

13 different players have caught a pass

15 different players have scored a TD

Jackson on the season:

24 fumbles! (Lost 13)

18 turnovers…..opponent 18 turnovers

59 penalties….opponent 37

Better believe WCH will be going for the strip of the ball.

I’m not buying all the penalties…need to cut them back but several have seemed not to be penalties.

You most certainly did, and even posted it here. You felt very positive from the start that the Ironmen were going to beat Western Brown.

Offensive line full of seniors. Up to then how far the Ironmen go. They run and catch with anyone. But can anyone hit with the seniors ???

Can I ask what you're talking about?? Can anyone hit with the seniors, do you have to be a senior to hit or seniors do it better or what are you referencing you keep saying it but quite frankly haven't figured out what you're talking about. Jackson has had plenty of heavy hitting offensive lines over the years and it takes much more than a line to take a team where it needs to go.

JHS takes care of business in this one. I feel pretty good for the ironmen as well going into this one. Gotta start with a good week of preparation though.

Evidently you haven't seen WCH play-when it comes to discipline and penalties.

I’d like to see their penalty and turnover numbers. Someone posted how bad it would be in the Chillicothe game but what I watched they looked quite composed and focused.

They average 8/9 penalties a game-many of those are of the 15 yard variety. They are also prone to turnovers

Jackson's non conference has them ready and battle tested.
This will only help against WCH and CHS.
Although WCH played a tough non conference as well.
Loved them playing Western Brown and hanging in there.
Jackson was my favorite to win the FAC and I'm taking them bc it is at home. Very close, may end up by 10-14.
Good post. The two best of the FAC locking horns for all the marbles.
