No one in the region stops the Patterson kid… Snuck into their practice last night watching him roll every kid Ironton put in front of him. Aiden Layne on the other side will be a force also.
Burg will have no chance throwing the ball and Ironton is always tough to run against.

Another underrated skill is Thacker’s feet, He was moving!!

Excited for this one!! Good luck to both teams!!
And as soon as the game is over look out for the butthurt boys. They’ll be crying “CHEATERS” until the next time these two play again. 😅😅🥲

I’m just hoping he’s can be a solid qb this time around, I recall when burg trotted out mathews at qb for that week 1 game at Ironton and they had their way with takeaways
This fella is a QB. Whether he’s ready? To be determined.

Ironton at home has the advantage with the new transfers. Helps with their depth. But burg I think is ahead of the curve this time around than last year.
Dont forget to mention Wheelersburgs transfer too.
Which native burg kid lost their spot to lil burgs new Trojan?.

Which native Ironton kids over the last 5 years have lost a spot to all of the kids that were brought in? Oh, that's right, the talent had dried up and they were tired of all the ass kickings they were getting from the Burg so they had to go build teams with guys that had been coached up at other schools.

I give kudos to Pendleton for recognizing this problem. He’s done great getting in kids to compensate for lack of development.

He also saw the problems ahead and tried to bail for Moeller, but that didn’t work out. Has to keep the Kentucky, WV, Scioto county recruiting pipelines open until he find another gig.

Doubt he will have to play them. Believe Kirtland is still D6, and don’t expect SR to be the same as last year now that their QB is gone.

But long way to go before even discussing playoffs.

Since lil burg has only been able to make it out of their region 3 times in the last two & a half decades, does the development suck or is the burg talent hot dog water? 😭

You should change your username to “Mr 1989”.

Actually, best to take your trash talking to the Golf forum. Ironton has actually won state titles in that sport since you’ve been alive. 😂

Ya know what makes lil burg being the best team in their region only THREE TIMES IN THE LAST TWO & A HALF DECADES so significant? Because that shows everyone that lil burgs odds of even playing for a title are very very slim. When you take a look beyond the lil burg seops fanbase bluster,,you see lil burg is really just Fairland wearing Irontons colors. Not a seo power.

Yesterday. Today. Tommorow. burg is #lilsis🤔

If Burg is “yesterday”, what does that make a team that hasn’t won a title since 1989?

I’d say relevant after playing in 3 of the last 4 State Championship games. You have to be pretty darn good to do that.
