From what I saw of the game Jackson out played Ironton. Just can't relax

That last play will be talked about for decades.

Jackson the better team tonight and the deserved winner of the game. Controlled the LOS in the second half. Ironically if Jackson kid misses FG, Jackson probably big favorite in OT they way they were moving it.

A win for Ironton but much to improve upon with perhaps just 1 team left of the schedule who can give you a playoff look. Heartbreak for Jackson, they played great, and first class all around.

Hats off to coach hall and his staff. Jackson was well prepared and ready to play. Jackson has a good team this year if they can put this gut punch behind them. Never been more proud of our ironmen !

If they play 10 times I think they split. Great game

Jackson came to play and on my opinion looked better than ironton. Ironton needs to clean up the offensive penalties. Not sure what the game plan was and leaving out number 7 when he ran it was positive yards and he ran hard. That was game of the year in southern Ohio. I don’t see a game being better.

Sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good. What a game probably will be the game of the year. That final play is insane. Both teams should fair well the rest of the season

Jackson won't lose another game till playoffs and then they may not.
Ironton needs to work on penalties and mistakes the QB looked lost tonight against a very good Jackson defense and Jacksons defense was great.
Ironton had trouble blocking Jackson with Moeller looming ahead they best get it together.
Both teams played great shame someone had to lose but never figured it would be in this fashion.
Great game by two very good teams

Looked for this to be a defensive battle and that's what it was, hard fought till the end. Yes it was a great play at the end but with that much time I have to question why in the world that ball goes farther than 10-15 yards at best and just punched in the air. Even if it's fair caught I'll take my chances the offense isn't throwing a hail marry from there. GREAT play by Ironton to finish it and it's something that quite frankly not to many HS teams probably practice in terms of lane responsibility. For Jackson this is the type of non-league they signed up for to harden the team for playoffs but I'm sure the coaches are for sure going to be second guessing the kickoff. JUST WOW what a game.

Coach Hall’s interview after the game was as impressive as any I’ve ever heard after a really tough loss. Coach was positive, complementary of his players and Ironton, and he never wavered. Those of us that have had to interview after a tough loss understand. It’s difficult 5 minutes after to put your emotions in check and remain positive and humble. This Jackson team will not lose another regular season game, barring injuries. Once again, young coaches should listen to the post game interview and take notice. It was that good! And what a quality ball game to witness.

Yea home cooking that Jackson lost containment and were to slow then to catch up.
Can’t tell from the wide view crappy quality I will get back to you when see the tight but looks like some nice holds or tackles on KO return.

Yes, home cooking for Tigers. Refs waited until last 1.4 to kick it in….

How about Jackson better, but Ironton lucky and walks away with the win. Not always a conspiracy.

#18 on last play makes a spectacular hold/tackle if play was clean It would be an awesome one but unfortunately the way I saw it it’s just not. I am bias but you look at the play your the only person calling me out bud.
