First, my thoughts and prayers are with the Hatfield family, I hope that everything works out for Chad.

I could not make it to the game tonight, as I was not feeling well. It is great to hear that the Lancers rose to the occassion and won tonight. Very few of the prognosticators on here gave them a chance. Guess this goes to show all that Caldwell was a much better quality opponent that what many were giving them credit for, after last week.

Gut check time, for sure, and Fed Hock came together. Congratulations. Keep playing with the same heart and effort, and things will work out for you. Ignore the negative nellies and their B.S. Tonight's outcome just goes to show you how much these so-called experts know.......

Excellent job Lancers... very well played second half by Federal. Extremely impressed with the improvement in their ground game from last week. Sean Nichols and Lamarr Wilder did a phenomenal job picking up extra yards after contact and thats what won it for the lancers. Nichols was injured in the second half, and hopefully he will return next week and be back to his normal self. Also i will be praying for Mr. Hatfield as will many others im sure. Hopefully the injury will be rather minor.

the athens offense really needs to get it together,offense on athens side lost this game as well,strong showing at the end from soph. QB trey harris,who knows with that,but lets hope the offense picks it up with tope back nxt week.
