I think Lamb was doubled teamed most of the night after the first series.

hoss, it takes class to post after a tough loss. why didnt itown try to take advantage of the receiver size? i thought this would at least give itown a slight advantage.

Red -

I saw #72 taking care of him pretty good most of the night. When a team is pass blocking against a 4-man line there is always some else available, but I'm not sure it was a "double" team.

He's a nice player, I think the Logan tackles just stepped up and gave Patrick Angle time to make plays.

locos, the only truly negative tonight for logan was in the 3rd when angle threw that int(forced it), he had a back in the flat wide open for 5-8 yards. this is probably nitpicking but it loked bad from the stands.

Right, Ironton can talk smack for 18 pages all week but Logan is not allowed to stoop to that level.[/quote

Not "stooping" is exactly why it requires class. The act of "stooping" is proof of a lower being. Let it be, and let the kids enjoy this. After a good night's sleep Zanesville is the main focus.
Good job Chiefs!!!

OK - I get the "out-of-order wrong connection/connotation" thing. It's happened to me, too. Sorry I misinterpreted - and Thanks for your compliment!

trap game for the chiefs is the chilli game. away game, may already have a playoff game locked up, even home field. chilli/itown play next week i believe, that might be a better game than logan/zanesville.

actually, after some of the posts from itown so far tonight, i have to say, my views of their town and people have actually changed. many have posted with dignity and those who posted didnt run with the WE ARE IRONTON, BOW DOWN CROWD. its refreshing. who should win the itown/chilli game next week?

wasnt trying to start anything i was the first on here to say Ironton got the beat down 2old predicted. i was just suggesting that the reason the other thread got taken down was cause of all the nonsense that really went on. anyway goos luck logan on your success this year.... may you and ironton go far to the playoffs......

ps: this really is a compliment not an insult so dont twist it ike you did my first & second post so you can look a little better

no, i haven't looked at the points. i wish that game were at home though. if we are 9-0 going into this game i could see maybe a scenario where we might be able to rest any injuries, or maybe keep the vip's healthy for the playoffs. its just food for thought for converation. no need to get angry at me. i guess after next week, we'll be able to gauge chilli a little better.

Congrats to Logan....I was impressed with Logans Offense. I was worried about Irontons pass Defense as they seem to always have troubles against the spread.
Angle is an awesome QB and should get some good looks from some decent colleges after next season. Very nice field and facilities. Again congrats Logan and good luck in the playoffs.

As for Ironton, I think we will be ok and make a run in the playoffs. Keep your heads up fellows and get ready for Chilli. I think we have a good shot at winning the rest of the the games this year.

GO TIGERS..........
