The Hornets should be able to win this one if they can shore up their defense and get their running game back on track. Last week the Hornets gave up over double the amount of yards they gained, but we're fortunate to come up with a W. I think if the defense gets better and the offense gets going they should go ahead and start working on Fort Frye and Nelsonville because it won't be a game.

They have to shore up their defense and get the running game going....if so it's already over.

I think the defense is rt where it has been all year.. Shenandoah beat them early on the outside. Coach made adjustments after the first drive and most of the big plays after that came on busted plays. The loan score of Shenandoah came on a busted pass play. Shenandoah was averaging 33 a game and were healed to 6.. I like where the defense was at.

You like giving up 364 yards and only gaining 164? You like giving up almost 300 on the ground? 17 first downs to 9? You like that? C'mon man!!

They have to fix their defense and get the running game going. If they want to make a run. Southeastern is in a weak league, so they shouldn't offer much competition. Nelsonville or Fort Frye will not be a push over.

The only line that mattered in the end was the score. Holding a playoff cabilber team to 6 points will win you a lot of games.

I wouldn't sleep on this SE offense. One team, D IV Unioto, held this Panther offense in check. They just rolled up 300+ on the ground against a much bigger, faster SCC squad.

By looking at film from Shenandoah and southeastern I think Shenandoah would beat them . I know its a game of match ups but I see it the other way around. Cg by 3 scores

Oh I fully expect SE to be the best team we've faced, and I agree CG has its downfalls. It honestly wouldn't surprise me to see us get beat if we play the way we did last week... I'm just saying only allowing 6 points to Shenandoah isn't a horrible outing.

Coal Grove will dominate this game if they shore up the leaky defense and can establish a running game. They should just go ahead and start looking at Fort Frye and Nelsonville. That game will be the big game.....

Well for one you never overlook anyone, this time of year especially, the teams r there for a reason, I can guarantee 1 thing neither team is overlooking the other. IMO both coaches will have their teams ready to play and should b a great ballgame.( I hope )....

Worst advice you could possibly give to any team. I don't care what sport you are playing. You never overlook an opponent. That is why the games are played.

Are you serious? Lol I'm just stating that I think CG has a superior team. I think the SVC and OVC are comparable in strength, but I just think CG has more talent and definitely has a better tradition. That being said, I think CG has some things to fix from last week. The defense has to get the holes fixed and the offense has to get running game established. If they do, I don't think it'll be a game. I
