Not blaming coaches or players or anybody in particular but it appeared Waverly overlooked the overmatched Pioneers and entered the game not prepared for the fight they would face. I’m not saying Waverly doesn’t have those things, I’m saying they took this game lightly, overlooked an opponent, and thought they could walk their way through it. I believe Toast commented the Tigers cannot take anyone lightly.

I hope last night was a learning experience for these “young Tigers”. Yes, they won 49-14 in the end but it was 21-14 with a little over 3 minutes to go in the 3rd quarter.

Tigers need to get some much needed rest, heal some wounds, and start PREPARING for a very good Unioto team invading the Jungle next week. TAKE NO OPPONENT LIGHTLY - the schedule just gets tougher from here.
