During the 2nd half, on the fumble and pass interference, the radio announcer said “My goodness this is a home game” That kind of said a lot didn’t it. Maybe with the muddy jersey's the officials couldn’t tell Minford from Waverly? :122246

Give me a break. That's not what I am saying. Do I think they were looking closer the 2nd half after some of the 1st half calls, absolutely. Anybody that knows anything about football knows you can probably call holding on every play if you wanted to. For Minford to be flagged in one half of a game as much or more than they were in the first 8 games (or so it seemed) was a little much. Especially considering how slick the field was where players were slipping and sliding everywhere.

that was the worst down pour of rain that I have seen in recent memory. Getting up by 14 before that rain hit was like being up by 21 at the half on a dry field. The conditions with the wind, mud and rain could not have been worse. Good experience for the teams to play in.
