Here is the one piece of Greyhound History I already have, the 1951-1952 Basketball Scores.

22-4 (13-1 SEOAL)
Class B State Runner Up
SEOAL Champions

Somerset Holy Trinity 58 Greyhounds 50
Greyhounds 71 Rutland 38
Greyhounds 54 Gallipolis* 36
Greyhounds 64 Logan* 52
Greyhounds 53 Athens* 44
Greyhounds 58 Middleport* 46
Greyhounds 48 Wellston* 46
Jackson* 52 Greyhounds 45
Chauncey 93 Greyhounds 65
Greyhounds 63 Gallipolis* 52
Greyhounds 93 Pomeroy* 50
Greyhounds 69 Logan* 60
Greyhounds 79 Shade 43
Greyhounds 76 Athens* 66
Greyhounds 65 Middleport* 39
Greyhounds 61 Wellston* 58
Greyhounds 71 Pomeroy* 47
Greyhounds 79 Jackson* 74

Class B District Tournament
Greyhounds 90 Tuppers Plains 71
Greyhounds 70 New Lexington 65
Greyhounds 81 Crooksville 79
Greyhounds 73 Corning 67

Class B Regional Championship
Greyhounds 63 Minford 61

Class B Big Eight
Greyhounds 59 Gibsonburg 51

Class B Final Four
Greyhounds 45 Waynesburg 43

Class B Championship Game
Lockland Wayne 56 Greyhounds 46

The Final Four win was the biggest win in Greyhounds basketball history for a couple reasons. First, it was the only Final Four win for the Greyhounds. Also, Wayesburg was ranked as the number one team in the state of Ohio that season and were picked to win it all by the powers that be. So for those reasons, that was the biggest win in Greyhound basketball history.

I thought that nelsonville still holds the worst record in the seoal. the have had the most loses than any other team . Something like 8 wins and 400 loses . Not sure , but something like that. That is in football.

The Nelsonville Greyhounds were 44-220-12 in the SEOAL in football. This would have been 1925-1966.

Half of the teams that were in the SEOAL when Nelsonville was are now in the TVC OHIO.

For the vast majority of the time the Greyhounds were in the SEOAL, it looked like this:

Athens
Gallipolis
Jackson
Logan
Middleport
Nelsonville
Pomeroy
Wellston

Plus Ironton, Portsmouth and New Boston in the 20's. I think the New Boston Tigers left after the 1935 season. Portsmouth and Ironton left at the end of the 20's decade.

But for over 30 years - mid 30s through 1967, the schools I mentioned were the SEOAL, now all of those schools are TVC OHIO except for Gallia Academy, Jackson and Logan.

Athens, Middleport, Nelsonville, Pomeroy, Wellston are all TVC OHIO.

5 of the 8 schools!
