It's nice to be the underdog and not given any chance at all.

I've seen both teams during scrimmages and I'll definitely take Oak Hill. As long as the Oaks don't turn the ball over, I think that they'll win comfortably. Oak Hill's offense will just be too explosive for the Peake.

Does anyone have a potential starting lineup for Oak Hill or any information on what kind of offense/defense they run? I know they are big and have some great athletes, but what kind of system will Chesapeake be facing on Friday?

This is my upset special. Yes Oak Hill does have great kids this year who should be starting to mature. However, I think that mistakes will hurt them. Chesapeake has been there done that, they will take advantage of Oak Hill mistakes. Chesapeake may have looked rough in scrimmages or previews but I think they were probably going against some pretty good teams. Coach Davis is a great coach at the Peake and will have his team ready. There is a lot of hype about Oak Hill this year, it has been building up for some time now. I think the pressure may end up getting to them.

I guess you will just have to wait and see this Friday on what the starting line-ups are and what type of O and D we run. As far as Oak Hill making mistakes, I wouldn't bank on that.
If the Oaks play to their potential, I'll take the Oaks by 3 scores.

As Woody used to say, three things can happen when you throw alot and two of them are bad. Let's hope everyones opinions are not based on scrimmages when the panthers ran three running plays and one pass play and stayed in a base defense both games. Like I said it is nice to be taken lightly and I hope the boys (Oaks) are all reading how bad they are going to win by. I may just stay home and not waste my money. But I do think it will be a very competitive game. Good luck to both teams. Stay injury free.

Starting to feel some excitement around here. Last week's tailgatin event was a blast. Wish people would get together like that before the games.

The Oaks win this one and the hype will build.

Hey peake450,
No one here in this Oak Hill dwelling - overlooks ANY team.
Don't take this wrong, but...............................
The topic asked for thoughts, but you jumped on theo Oak Hill posters for being over confident. I only read one post from an "Oak" supporter that predicted a bigggg win.
Others were from numerous cities and towns that have seen both teams in their previews..

I, for one, have posted about he progress these young men have made- but never did I say they would dominate ANY team. The last thing I want any poster to do is make locker room billboard material....for the Oaks rivals......
None of the coaches will take any team lightly.

Remember .........Any given Friday!!

Good luck to Peake!
