Liberty Union is a TOUGH draw for the Buckeyes in the opening round. The Lions have dominated some good teams this year. The Buckeyes will need to play with the intensity of the Ironton game to pull this one off.

This is the first ever meeting between the Lions and Buckeyes. The two schools are only 40 miles apart.

Good Luck Buckeyes!!!

NYBuckeye96.....Liberty Union finished as Co-Champions of the MSL Cardinal (not second place as you have it).

GO LIONS!!!!

Best of luck to the Buckeyes in the playoffs. Represent the TVC well. Should be a good game for the fans to watch.

Good luck and good health to both teams.

qualified101...look at it again. LU beat DIV Licking Heights who finished 7-3. They also beat DIII Fairfield Union who finished 5-5, and DVI Harvest Prep who also finished 5-5. I believe you're implying that LU hasn't beaten any quality teams. Trust me, the MSL is MUCH tougher than the TVC. Perfect example is Berne Union who finished next to last in the MSL Cardinal and I believe they beat a TVC team. Who was that? Oh yeah, it was TVC Ohio champ Nelsonville-York. LU destroyed BU 42-0.
Some of these predictions are ridiculous. If you haven't seen both teams play then how in the world can you predict one team winning by 2 or more scores? I haven't personally seen NY play this year but I know they are a good team. Therefore I can't make an honest prediction. I can only say who I hope will win and that's Liberty Union.
