The only "picks" Lamont makes ALL year, fun and kinda like taking a shot at the Lotto with no payout:
I- Elder
II- Louisville
III- Chilly, of course!!!!! Always follow your heart on these!!! And, if my heart is wrong, then Walsh Jesuit
IV- Kettering Alter
V- Youngstown Ursuline
VI- Delphos St. John's

Drinking shots is my reasoning for 8 and not 6.

Does Shadyside have a shot in D-6?

They're hosting a playoff game, they've seeded 3rd, and Fleming's a solid coach.

Shadyside is a solid team, but I don't see them getting past the Regional Semifinals. Malvern won all of its games by at least three touchdowns and is averaging 49 points a game. Granted, the Hornets didn't play a tough schedule. But they did beat Ridgewood 42-21.....Shadyside lost to the Generals. Malvern also beat a good East Canton team 34-7. The Tigers have a good offense, but I don't think they have the guns to keep up with the Hornets. You never know, though.

I think Logan COULD, but thats if Louisville thinks the games on Saturday lol
They are outstanding. Their QB is simply outstanding. Neal Seamen. Go to JJhuddle and find the site that has the highlight videos of teams. Class of 09 go to the Jr. yr. and find Seamen. He is phenomenal. Personally i think Logan has the best shot at beating them in the region with all the depth at the specialty positions but i think they are just better than we are. I'll sure as hell be rootin for us though if we get matched up with them!

Got to say I am really looking forward to the annual trip up North to watch these games. I won't pick the winners now, but am looking forward to some great exciting high school football!
