Trojans still have a shot next week. Just win Trojans and let things fall where they will.

they definately have a chance if they win at western brown who is a div. 2
team with 4 wins. bishop hartley will most likely lose to bishop ready and
we should pass alexander by a slim margin to claim the #8 seed.
the reward for that is a trip to amanda clearcreek who is 9-0 with 5
shutouts and 25 total points scored against them all season.
that against a very tough schedule with 5 potential playoff teams.

good luck trojans. making the playoffs is a great achievement no matter
who you have to play, but even if you don't make the playoffs you
should be proud of a bounce back season.

Fairfeild Union, Westfall, and Utica are mathematically eliminated if I'm not mistaken. Their best if they win out they can't pass the teams ahead of them even if they lose.

i will definately have to disagree ready should handle hartley ,they beat
them 52-6 last year and their strength of schedule is way tougher.

This region will be very tough and the winner will be well prepared.

Don't think a lower seed has a chance it this region.

The Region is Amanda's or Ironton's for the taking. Two of the best DIV teams in the state in the weakest DIV region in the state.

I hope they play the championship at Jackson. But knowing the OHSAA it'll probably end up north of Columbus

No one in this region has come close to playing the schedule Ironton has! When its all said and done they will have played 8 teams with 6 or more wins!

I think Amanda has played a fairly tough schedule. Ironton's is tougher, but Amanda's comes close.
Liberty-Union is one of the top 15 in DV whether they make the playoffs or not. There's no shame in losing to Amanda and West Jefferson (if they lose to them). They have pretty much everyone back from last year's semi-finalist team.
The same goes for Newark Catholic in DVI. They may miss the playoffs just because they played a brutal schedule which included a 0-14 loss to Amanda. If the Green Wave gets in the playoffs, I can see them making a trip to the semi-finals.
The Aces also beat DII Canal Winchester who could make the playoffs in 2:7. They also handled Logan Elm with ease. Elm isn't as good as everyone makes them out to be, but they're still a respectable opponent and they'll be in the playoffs.
