haha i like your thinking...but this is a smaller change, what if northwest and oak hill switched positions ( oak hill soc2 and nwest soc1 ) that way instead of nwest getting blown out of the water every year, they could actually compete! and adding oak hill to the soc 2 will just make thing more interesting!

What if the SOC relegated?

Bottom team in SOC 2 goes to SOC 1 and top team in SOC 1 goes to SOC 2.

You could do this for each sport.
