Coal Grove Bench and Deadlift Meet - Sat. January 29, 2011

Coal Grove High School will be hosting the 2011 Coal Grove Bench and Deadlift Meet on Saturday January 29, 2011 at Coal Grove High School. This meet will be very competitive and will have top lifters from OH-KY.

Site: Coal Grove High School Gymnasium

Weigh-Ins: 10:00 to 11:15

Lifting Starts: 11:30

Weight Classes: 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 210, 225, 250, UNL

Girls Classes: 120 and under - 121 to 135 - 136 - Over (If enough girls teams commit prior to meet.)

Each lifter will get three attempts at the Bench Press and Deadlift

Medals will awarded to TOP 3 in each Weight Class

Ribbons will be awarded to 4th through 6th Place

Medals are also awarded for the Top Bench and Top Deadlift in each weight class

Team trophies will be awarded to TOP 2 TEAMS

Awards will be given for POUND FOR POUND

T-Shirts will be sold for $10.00 and Concessions will be provided

***ALL LIFTERS MUST REPRESENT HOME SCHOOL, NO LIFTING CLUBS WILL BE PERMITTED***

Yes we do squats in the Regional Powerlifting Meet in late February.

This meet is strictly Bench and Deadlift and looks to be a very competitive.
