Where on earth did you hear this????game day wrote:Portsmouth for sure is looking for a new Coach.

That would be a huge loss for Jackson if Hall were to leave and coach Portsmouth like some have speculated, but I realize he has roots in that area.
Re: Head coaching job openings
I think there is a Coach closer than from Jackson that maybe consider for the Portsmouth job. I would also expect that Rock Hill may start looking.

I agree but if you are going to make a change it needs to be done ASAP. The coach must get the kids in the weight room and get their trust for next year.Fortdawg wrote:Dang guys, the equipment probably isn't completely dry from the last game and you got these guys gone all ready!

Coach Clifford stepped down after the game on Friday, he was not fired. Do not spread rumors.vctransplant wrote:It is a little early to be discussing this but I did hear today that Portsmouth did in fact fire there long time coach.

Wasnt trying to spread rumors. Just repeating what I heard. Couldnt believe it when I heard it. But that is the way I heard it from an alumni of Portsmouth High. Maybe you should try to check your fanbase.
