Which ever team wins this could be their last for the year.

This game could go either way, Rock Hill should win but with so many injuries and such a small roster they are the walking wounded. Good luck Redmen

Fairland finally gets another win only due to injuries on both of these teams.

Rock Hill's 27 player roster is looking even more terrible with all of the injuries they have, plus multiple players have been removed from the team for the rest of the season for problems at the Minford game.

RH is just barely holding on to a team now.

I had concerns about that at the first of the year. I hope for the kids that the season can be played out.

What I heard something happened after the game and I believe both teams have lost players for the year. What did RH BOE think would happen this year? It will take one great coach and the community support to fix the Hill. They better start ASAP after the season getting changes in place for next year.

I agree GBD. What a shame for the Hill. However, it is going to take a lot longer than a year to fix what has been years in the making.Maybe not but are there any kids in the halls not playing or do they just move to play? Can they even field a team next year with a new coach?

I agree it will take more than a year to fix but with the right coach I believe more kids would come out. I also think it would stop kids from moving to other schools to play. This person would have to have an agenda and 100% support from the BOE. Getting the right coaching staff together would take some time but that is why I said they need to start ASAP.

I heard that RH will have about 17 boys dressed for the game. Some schools have 17 players in one class.

Rock Hill has 9 seniors graduating this year, and after the people being removed from the team, and those that won't play anymore, just because, like what happened this year....Rock Hill will be HURTING for kids. I'm not sure they will have enough for a team next year, and I don't see the eighth graders moving up being able to fill the holes on the team.

I agree, that will be a concern moving forward with the football program. The AD after the season needs to take steps quickly to fix the situation. I would suggest get a coach that has some experience building teams from top to bottom. Hiring a coach that has never been a head coach in this situation I don't think it would work out. Need someone who is battle tested that won't let outside distractions keep him from his or the teams goals.

Fairland - 21
Rock Hill - 19

RH turned the ball over on downs at the Fairland 20 yard line to end the game
