Congrats to the Trimble Tomcats on an excellent season. Nothing to be ashamed of boys. You lost to a perennial small school powerhouse.

Left it all on the field, and that is all that you can do at this point of the season. Congratulations to the Tomcats and all of the Tomcat community, you have so much to be proud of, and all of SEO is proud of you!

If my memory serves me right, the margin of victory for Marion ended up being the same in this game as it was when the Flyers played the division 5 state champion (47-14). Not bad, considering the competition. Trimble might have looked better in a higher division this time around!
Congrat's Cats.

Good Job Cats, Still very proud of You and honored i hot to be apart of this historic season , now on to the game..ML is the real deal We couldn't get pressure on the QB and when a D1 QB has time to throw he's gonna find open receivers . The turn overs in our own territory killed Us , Our first drive We ran the ball good but when We got it 1st and goal from the 5 we pass the ball.
It was a very clean game , 3 penalties called the whole game

Only gripe I have is for some of the so called Tomcat faithful, I know We were down and I know it was cold, But You should have stayed till the end of the game to see the trophy presentation, These boys deserved that respect!!!

Congratulations to the entire Trimble Nation, and especially the young men that played and the coaches that coached, you gave everyone a season that everyone will remember.

Maybe next year, you could schedule tougher games so that you can win that last game.

Great season Trimble . I watched this on TV , the Flyers are an impressive team . They beat Coldwater this season . The announcers also said they have 92 boys in their school , 62 of them are on the football team. Again great job Trimble!

Enforcer, I know. I was being sarcastic. That was a jab at the Tomcats, and the TVC for that matter, critics who criticize their schedule and teams.

I just want to say that it was an honor to sit at Paul Brown Tiger Stadium and watch this team play.
For 2 quarters I watched the cats play out of there minds on defense. Great teams make great adjustments and Marion Local has been in every situation you can think of. When everything fell apart in the 3rd my heart broke for those men. They did Atuens county, the TVC, and Southeastern Ohio proud!!!!!

THANK YOU

I read an article, and then talked with an asst coach from ML to confirm, that stated ML has scouted Trimble for most of the season. They were not shocked Trimble made it to the finals, and wanted to be prepared for them if they did get to play them. That shows respect, and a heck of a program to have the resources to send people to scout that far in advance.
