I wondered how long this would take after Pam baled him out of the eligibility mess he got into last year. Is his dad still at PC?

I can see why Pam is retiring. Its too hard to find coaches who can do their jobs right. She is probably getting tired of fixing their mistakes all the time.

We have a proven winner lined up for this position. The new AD has spent some quality time with the departing AD and has learned how to find quality coaches and attract them to the Nest.

Pam is retiring because its part of an agreement to let Eastern stay in the TVC since they didnt play all their league games in softball this year..

Isnt that why the TVC wanted to give us the boot a year ago?

Pam is leaving on her own terms, and Eastern is losing a great one in the process. Not since Howie left has the district lost such a huge icon. She will be sadly missed, and many Eagle fans hope she will in some way remain a part of the athletic program that she built and maintained at a level of excellence that it is today. Not to mention that she is the Dean of the TVC.

Are you kidding me Titletown..are you really calling Pam Douthitt one of the best AD's in the state? I will give it to you her success on the softball field is remarkable, but she is no where near the best AD in the state. Last time i heard Eastern only had one guy apply for the football job.

The best AD in the whole TVC Ohio or Hocking is Jeff Hendershott at Wellston.
