RV rolls. Wellston will continue to struggle against decent teams.

Must be tough given the similarities.

Wellston and VC with disappointing years in 2014. Wellston and VC both making coaching changes after 2014, and both taking their time to select new staffs. Wellston and VC both with renewed expectations then BOOM after all those months of waiting, only one of those teams expectations coming to fruition thus far.

Had our chance against Alexander and did not get it done, but expect a much different story this week against River Valley.

I like our chances to get back to 4-2 and back in the play-off mix. This game will provide some points to the winner and we match up well I think.

This is truly the toughest game to pick this week. Wellston is at home, so that obviously factors in. I can see this going either way, but I'll give RV the 24-22 edge. I always give RV a field goal.

River Valley should win this by a couple scores.. wellston does have that #28 that has a set of wheels but aside from two big runs by him
I didn't see the offensive front I thought we would last week at Alex. they need to throw the ball if they wanna beat the Raiders IMO.

I will continue my Jackson County homer-ish ways and take Wellston. Something about CH Jones field that brings out the best in the Rockets.

Call it 31-10.

Is this homecoming at Wellston?

Wellston needs to start winning these type of games if they wanna be more than a 5-5 club.

Sloppy weather conditions will favor us offensively I do believe.

We should control LOS and the game, confident in our program, look for A Rocket win.

River Valley should win this...speed kills and the Rocketts will be six foot under after this. The Rocketts are one of these small schools that Logan doesn't play. A old SEOAL team that ran and still can't win in a smaller league.
Logan plays small schools that know how to win. Heard they might destroy Wellsville and build a slum area.

The playing surface will more than likely be a little muddy and slick. Its time that the O & D Line for us start living up to this hype i hear from dandy don and others. They should dominate some teams,.. Their all seniors with A LOT of experience. Most of them have started 4 years. Its time to line up and run the ball and dominate up front on both sides. If we can't do it this year then when will it happen. I look for our power backs like cox and trimble to have a big game and i like my rockets by two scores. C'MON Lineman, live up to the hype!!!
