Gained about 2 or 3 more yards before being gang tackled. I just happened to be standing right there on the sideline. When your quarterback can do that, you are a tough ass team. I don't foresee the 'Cats losing a regular season game this year. They will run the wishbone and just run over the opposition.
That won't happen against NY, trust me.

Saw Wilburn competing at the Ohio State camp this summer...running routes and such with the top recruits...he looked very impressive

If I remember right, Wilburn was a D1 recruit last year as well and had like 46 yards against this same Trimble defense. Only thing I see different this year is NY lost their best lineman in #70. Not sure it’s a good matchup for NY. Cats by 4 tds or more, just like last year.

And you can take it to the bank, Kittle will have more yards than Wilburn. And can also safely say there’s a good chance #3 doesn’t finish the game.

He is wearing a cast. I doubt he plays much. This will get ugly fast. So no point risking more injury going against the best defense in all of SEO

WOW! Them's some bold statements. I guess we'll see what happens. We'll also see who's playing next year at a D1 school and who isn't.

Best defense in all of seo? Based on what thus far this year, Raider? Kinda early to have any knowledge of that ole bud.

They kicked the dog sh*# out of Raider's bullpups Trench so in his mind they must be the best in SEO.

   Thinking that too G-Buck. He at least could let them play some football on into the season to say they have the best defense in seo.

I think they ended up with 9 shutouts last year & return almost everyone. It's stout, but I agree, saying best is SEO may be inaccurate given the size of the school.

I know they are good for their size and understand what they did last year. Things can change in a heartbeat with surprising teams that one would think they lost most of their starters. Point I'm making is ya just don't know for sure how good other teams will do this year. I'm not knocking Athens at all, just messing with raider. :) Real game after game we will get more of an idea on every seo team defenses. It's way too early to tell. Injury's can be a drag down on any football team though. I hate to see it with anybody. Logan had a good hard nosed kid hurt early summer and saying he won't make it back till the 3rd game.

Week 15 team. Probably will have 10 straight shutouts. Plus Burg lost Mosley

Wilburn will not miss this game Senior Year NO WAY! Brandon Phillips a great kid and one of my favorites behind Tommy Snyder. I hope for an injury free game. My opinion is Trimble is just to tough upfront for these Buckeyes. Trimble 34-7 my prediction at the New Glouster Memorial Stadium!!

Schedule strength has some say in shutouts too raider. You know that. Got to get through NY first, then we will see. NY isn't a push over and won't lay down. TVC rivalry ole bud. Anyway I'm pulling for NY, but hope for a good injury free game to both teams. No need for more injured players.

My prediction. Cats 35-0. Kittle and Wright both over 100 yards. Maybe even fouts over a 100. Only question I have going into the game is can nelsonville gain a 100 yards as a team 🤷🏻‍♂️
