4. Trimble
5. Waverly
6. Sheridan
7. Minford
8. Portsmouth
9. Paint Valley
10. Adena

Next up in no order: Wellston, Southeastern, New Lexington, Valley, Unioto

For mine I made teams be above .500 to be eligible...keeping Burg from being listed

I like that list. Portsmouth may not be there but not sure who you put in their place

Trimble is probably the best area team

I would take lane ruby vs all of teams up there, that kid is amazing. Last game he had 3 carries 165 and 3 TD’s, first quarter mind you. The only reason he does not have 2000 yards this season already is running clock and coach doesn’t wanna score 150 on everyone. And I hate that team. Lol

I’m a huge fan of Ruby. Insane athlete and a great kid. I would take a good defense against him though. If he doesn’t get going he’s containable. A good defense of kids nearly a half a second slower could beat him....but some of the teams they have faced have no chance. He could have 2500+ yards with that schedule but he’s playing halfs and not getting a huge number of carries. I like him not getting hit 25+ times a game. No reason for it now. As they face Adena/PV/U he’ll probably have to. But Jackson, Ironton, Gallia and teams like that would handle Southeastern and Ruby in my opinion....but I’d definitely watch.

The SVC might be the top area conference. Should be a fun battle to watch for the conference title

Well with my must be above .500 rule that helps them a lot. Around 20-22. But also Burg, Athens, Logan and several others not above .500 would beat them good

I haven’t done any math but I wonder if they lost to all 3 tough competitors in the SVC if they’d still make playoffs...I’m guessing yes

I wanna believe Southeastern is the real deal, but i'm just not sure. This game against Piketon could get interesting.

SE hasn't really played anyone yet. Won't really get tested until the last two games of the year against Paint Valley and Adena.

Lane's Dad was sure fun to watch at Burg. Helped guide them to the State title in 89 as a Sophomore I think. Had a big catch on the go ahead drive in the 4th qtr against Warren JFK
