Was there “athletes” everywhere and the “fastest” team in the Woodward era ? Oh and don’t forget the four best quarterbacks in the area on one team. Think about how arrogant that sounded.
When was the last time Ironton won the State ? all never mind....

So not much has changed. It's january and the Burg fan base still struggles with being the little sister.

Not sure how burg is the little sister. They've got as many state football titles as ironton and more state champion teams and individuals overall compared to ironton. Ironton has had more big time athletes over the years for sure, so maybe they've underachieved?

Oh, well let me ease your concerns. Not only are ya the little sister, but you're also a bubble team AT BEST going into 2020. We heard this same ish in August. All hat, no cattle. It ain't 2, 3, 4, years ago any more puffy.

Ironton has one great year with a D1 recruit and 6 transfers and the fan base thinks that they’re back to owning southeastern Ohio.

Lol

Burg will be unknown once again. I think they will be better as a team overall but could have the same results as last year. I think they lose a couple and surprise a couple. I can easily see an 8-2

Hopefully not as soft as they were last year . Back of their jersey should’ve said Charmin.

Hopefully Burg will have a good year alot of unknowns to be figured out and I'm excited to see who gets the nod at qb also heard the Miller kid will be back so he could be our qb. Just cant wait to go support the Burg again. Ed Miller stadium is the best stadium around the atmosphere there on a Friday night is second to none! GO BURG

Miller and nunley both will be there, 2 best athletes in the junior class and neither played a down last year.

I might have to make a trip down to Burgerville and Bob Lutz Stadium this year. Haven’t been down that way in awhile

I look for a very interesting game week one with ironton and a possible rematch in week 13. 9-1 to 10-0
that would be awesome doggie
Yes it would

They better be ready. Ironton will be loading up the recruitment bus.
Just like when lutz was the coach
