It is impressive how many boys from Ironton have won a scholarship. It is no wonder why a lot of young men would want to come to Ironton to play, to get that recognition in the future. Actually, only 2 have gotten a scholarship offers, Reid Carrico and Gage Salyers. Thats really not that many considering some D1 and D2 schools will have 8-10 a season.

Jones is a preferred walk on, which means he pays his way through school.

Correct , “some D1-D2” schools have 8-10. Ironton is a small public D5 school. To have 3 kids playing D1 football is phenomenal and you feel the need to throw shade on them. You are the worst , I hope you’re not a teacher or coach.

I think what ole tuck is saying is so many have went from ironton to college to play ball through the years. and there have been a bunch, a handful played pro ball as well. that's what I'm taking from the post. and he's right you know.
