It appears that Harvest Prep is in Division V Region 19 this year. Must’ve had a big boost in numbers to move up from D VII 😳.

Region 23 is covering a lot of ground. From Lawrence County on the Ohio River all the way North/Northeast to Amish Country..

That’s a huge difference! Does that include competitive balance numbers or is it strictly enrolment?

Still only 4 3-0 teams

Fort Frye
Worthington Christian
Centerburg
Fairland

I like my chances as a Cadet fan.

Do you think Mooney could give Kirkland a game if they meet in the playoffs? They’re usually pretty good.

Good luck to you guys! Coal Grove lost to Fairland 27-21. Got off to a rough start and tried to make a comeback.

I don’t think it’s been updated yet. Looks like the same list that they came out with in April

WC has good skill position players but their line is suspect and the Qb is a freshman. They are coached by Jeff Hartings who played with Bobby Hoying in high school at St. Henry where he won a State title back in the 90's and then was a 2 time All-american at Penn State and played about 6 or 7 years in the NFL making all-pro a couple times.

Just in r27 alone, they have 3 teams listed that have opted out. Beallsville, Bridgeport and southern

I’m don’t think this is the updated regions. From what I’ve read they will move teams around to get roughly equal amount of teams per region.

Here is the memo that comes up when you click on "Updates and New Regions".

http://ohsaaweb.blob.core.windows.net/f ... wRules.pdf

An excerpt:

1. There are rumors circulating on the start date and timing of the 2020 football season related
to the current pandemic. Do not believe any information unless it comes from Jerry
Snodgrass or me.

Seems to be outdated.

With everyone eligible for the playoffs this year I would think they are going to be keeping teams closer to home instead of having regional matchups in the first three or four rounds. You could be seeing 100s of teams throughout the state traveling two-three hours for each playoff round if they draw by regions instead of by districts
