It's always good to have at least one "Jimmy" on the team. And if you throw in a few "Joe's" that can help immensely.
Absolutely!!!

What else is there to talk about? Biden?

I don’t think anyone gets on this site anymore anyway. Lol. It’s all Instagram and tik tok

Def a dinosaur. 😂😂 his two go to subjects are politics and rumor and innuendo about high school football.

Tell me more about burgs "academics." LMAO
Ironton football might reign supreme right now but Burgs academics are undoubtedly the top dog in SEO, no question there
The ridiculous part is its not relevant to the topic to begin with but if we were to entertain that topic whats that trophy worth in a region with a severely underducated and growing unskilled workforce?

Not much. So stay relevant to the topic.

So did you speak out against the 3 players who “moved” in to Wheelersburg at the time ? Or since it was only 3 it was ok? 3 is fine but 5 is too many. What is the cutoff of appropriate amount of recruits?

Please help me understand all of this.
Ya never gonna get a valid response so I'll do it for em.

Burgs fan base is salty because as Irontons football program has improved, their program has declined.

There it is. That's it cut & dry. Ironton has improved and Burg has started to fall off and the burg fan base resents that reality.

That's it. 💯
 and there you have it
That's basically it.

Fallin off hurts. Watchin your lifelong shadow outgrow you again, hurts.

Wheelersburg is well coached. But football is 75% about the Jimmy’s and Joe’s. And Ole Jim and Joe don’t look like the last 10 years
Agree. I was rather shocked.
As Burgs program has taken a step back. Irontons has flourished again.

It's not negative to acknowledge this. It's honest.

What you will see a lot of from Burg early on is uncertainty. You'll also see flashes of things to come but with the schedule they play in the 1st half of the season they will be lucky to be .500 at the halfway mark.

Jimmy & Joe found a better playground. 💯😂

If I were Burg I would just toss in the ring on this season and shoot for 2022. Burg has no shot in the first five games and basically its the end of an era for all boys sports at Burg!!!

Yeah at this point maybe they should cancel the football program as a whole, maybe even send all the kids to ironton to play

Too bad little ol’ ironton couldn’t close out their 7v7, especially after coming runner up at WVU

Not to bad since we’ve never been known for our passing game, our passing game has improved immensely. Wait until we throw in the Line and running game.

Reading this thread is so entertaining and laughable from the outside. Burg guys- you don't know how to take criticism at all, and you are cry babies. You are not the top dog right now, and that's okay. It doesn't mean you are bad. But shut your mouths, you have did the same thing for years that Ironton is going through and it was okay when it was you guys. Ironton - after 50 years of winning, taking a little slump, and then going back to the top. Its something to be excited about. But show some humility. Whether it was intentional or not, you have some imports. Not saying necessarily recruiting, ( but I've heard some first hand accounts that might be borderline). Eat some humble pie, you are the best in Southern Ohio right now. But you still are not beating Kirtland.
