Meaningless if you’re taking 12!

Agreed, and doesn’t the current computer system pretty much compute “strength of schedule” already?

Seems like a lot of meaningless movement honestly, I mean they said they done a mock of the 2019 system using adding in the strength of schedule and it changed things very little. So why worry about it?? As stated they're taking 12 this coming season which allows teams to take more of a chance in scheduling not one but maybe 2-3 tough opponents because more than likely good teams are still going to remain in the top 12 even if they would lose both games. Like Rugg said ppl have asked for it for some time now and it seems like more of a dog and pony show to say here ya go we done it. If anything just allot the points at the end of the season, you get x-amount for playing teams who finish top 4, after that no points given.

Needs to have some evaluation as how they do with college schedules, obviously would be much more different as for playing up or down divisions and such but I think it should be considered
