I think this game is a bit of a toss up, East I'm not sure what they are as they have wins against 3 teams a combined 1-11. Not sure where you're getting Eastern has had a bad injury bug that isn't true. They're simply undermanned and getting outcoached week in and week out right now but the teams they've lost to are sporting pretty darn good records Berne Union is the real deal this year especially. Defensively they're just getting gashed at an alarming rate and overall team speed isn't there. Tough to go from 40/41 kids down to 22/23. I'm going to give Eastern the edge in this one just based on opponent strength but won't be shocked at all if East wins it in a close one.
