Man that's a tough ask for whatever coach wants to come in a and take that position on. They've been struggling and I seen their JH play this season and there's no help on the way either.
Spend several years at the Hill. Ran a solid weight program that was amongst the strongest in the area. Talent dried up and spent a few years at Burg. When the opportunity to take a higher position in Mercerville arose, I simply couldn’t pass it up. That five years as a Rebel we’re among the best periods in my life. Now I do have to say that it is pretty close to the years spent at the Hill. Oaks are always tough, fighting and will find a way to compete. I see very bright future if the right man steps up for the challenge. Get the weight program going and everything else will fall into place. That’s how we did it in late 90s. Had to move on because life is life, but do believe if we had stayed Oak Hill would be top program in the state. Such a solid core to work with: the culture is immense and you get that weight program going, along with some coaching and talent, you got yourself a real good ball club. Like I said, hated to go to Burg and then to South Gallia, but greener pastures are greener pastures when they seem like it. It’s time someone replaced what we had and can bring that back like we hat it in late 90s.
I would love to compare Oak Hill Records from 2000-2020 to South Gallia. "Greener Pastures" Cmon Man. Oak Hill from 2007-2015 were as good in the area as anyone with numerous playoff appearances. Yes, there is a snag in the road but it will back on track!

I would even go as far as 2007-2018 for Oak Hill:

82-37 in the regular season
4-6 in the playoffs
8 SOC1 Championships

Great advice. Big M has already gone on record saying “ we will not tolerate negative voices”.

Calling SG greener pasture over Oak Hill is bad enough, but that dude is saying SG greener pasture than Burg. Wow! Can't reason with stupid.

Big M has no track record of success yet his opinion is all he cares about. Frankly this is a dangerous time for Belpre with Big M running loose.I went to school in Belpre but live in an adjacent town now. Some Belpre folks need to do their homework then hammer right at Big M.

I'd double check your sources.

My sources are better. I promise.

The job is going to be open.

Some of us just know better than to shout everything we know in a public forum.

Maybe the new coach at GA will have a set and call Trimble to schedule a game. Better to play trimble than some of the rumdums they play outside their league now.

Belpre-This is a maybe coach finished 1st year if they keep him he will be on hot seat

Eastern-This is one interesting I’m sure his job is safe but since his kid graduated makes me wonder if coach pat will retire or not

Meigs-Overall record 7-17 in three seasons not what I think Meigs had in mind time to cut ties and move on and if I have to hear a Meigs fan tell me they got cheated all year by the refs I’m going to puke
Did Eastern's coach officially resign. I know someone who said he has an interview but haven't seen a posting or anything about it anywhere!

This is correct. Gallia is open. Tough treatment for a guy who turned the program around.
