They need a culture change there. I would copy what teams like Ironton, Wheelersburg, and Jackson have done by hiring someone with no ties to the area. If they did that they might keep their good athletes instead of losing them to Burg, Ironton, and Rock Hill. Might even attract some kids from other schools in the area with a winning culture and nice facilities.

I was told it is because the sun is directly in your eyes on the school side
