Is OVC the Best Football Conference?

No. Ironton is just the best program in the area and they happen to be in the OVC....for now. Otherwise, it's an average, maybe slightly above average conference. GA and Fairland would struggle to finish top 3 in the SOC II or FAC, the way they do in the OVC most years.

OVC is a really good conference. Not the best teams in the state but pretty even most years.
