I’m not sure who is in which division, but from what I could find it consists to of Barnesville, Beallsville, Monroe Central, Paden City, River, Shadyside, Shenandoah, Bridgeport, Frontier, Buckeye Local, and I believe Caldwell will be joining the league in the next year or two.

From what I've read River has a good D-line and has all injured players back. Isaly, Long, Lollathin, Thompson, Johnson, Bowers present many options. River by 10+

I think the Shenandoah QB will develop into someone who you will have to learn to slow down because you won’t be able to stop him completely. They showed some grit but they were out classed by River. Looking like they might not be truly tested again until the semifinal in the region.
