I don't know anything about Indian Valley, other than their record. What I do know is, that there is absolutely no quit in The Gallia Academy Blue Devils.

Indian Valley is a very run heavy team, but they sprinkle in play action passes at very effective times. Traditional a very big physical team, with speedy backs and receivers.

Side note their new stadium is beautiful, be glad you don’t play at the old Midvale Stadium.

Gallia has been impressive this year. From a covid year, kids hurt, low numbers to win a playoff game. Keep it up Gallia.

Indian valley has pretty decent team speed. Not their biggest team they’ve had but still physical. Made Philo look bad! Came off the ball aggressively and backs hit the hole hard. Defensively held Philo to 99 yards. Again made Philo look slow. All that being said, reading about GA on here all season I can see this being a close game at half and IV pulling away in the second half.

If GA pulls out the win, which Valley team is next on the schedule?

Probably St. Clairsville or Steubenville. Any given team on any given night....

I think this is a favorable matchup this week for Gallia Academy. So much for the bad draw a lot of people were saying on last nights game.

I.V. Has a winning culture. They will play solid, fundamental football. They are a really good all round team. Should be a good one.

305, you think these boys can win the region?

You need to worry about this game. Not the one after

Anything is possible. The one thing I do know is, this team doesn’t quit and they play hard. The have a Coach that they believe in. Looking forward to Friday night.

I like how he tells you to focus on the game and not look ahead like you’re actually on the team and not just a fan lol

This is the best matchup Gallia could of hoped for in the second round. I was correct about this region when I said the road team would win several road games in the first round. I think we are in for a good group of round 2 games.

I like the matchup and our chances but that said this is a tough go. This will certainly feel like a playoff game. If the boys play great they can move on. We are the underdog.

IV is low in numbers, not big but fast. Two solid RB who run hard (one is a freshman). Don't throw much but QB can hurt you..he will also run by design. Defense is fast and they like to hit. O/D lines are undersized but solid. Best team Cambridge played all year..including St. Clairsville.
