Should be a good game. Both teams have dynamic playmakers at the QB spot in Anton for West, and Stephens for NL and are extremely well-coached. Probably the defacto MVL Small-School Championship Game. Sesay for WM will be the best athlete on the field. NL defense was slightly undersized vs JG but their quickness was impressive. For NL this game will come down to if Stephens can limit interceptions and the defense can contain Sesay. For West they must be balanced on offense and force NL to defend the run and pass, and prevent Stephens from using his legs to extend plays.

I’ll take NL by a TD.

Well if you would have asked me a week ago I would have said West by 3-4 touchdowns. But after the embarrassing beat down they just took I think NL takes this easily

I wouldn't completely rule out West based off last weeks game. Garaway has a really strong program; their record the last 5 years is 48-9. (2022: 12-1, 2021: 12-1, 2020: 7-2, 2019: 9-3, and 2018: 8-2) The IVC is by no means an extremely tough conference but Garaway does play Ridgewood and Indian Valley every year who are also great programs, plus Garaway has been competitive in extremely tough NEO playoff regions.

West looked lost against them. Would drive 70 yards to the 20-30 and then just have the rails fall off. In all honesty west had a bad 4 mins where garaway scored 21 points. Blown coverage everytime. So the score looked way worse than it actually was. This west team is more talented than last years but they just havnt been able to put it all together. If they do, watch out. If not. The team goes 6-4,7-3 and will be the what could have been they talk about for years

I would give New Lex the slight edge.

The next couple years I definitely see New Lex having the better team so West M really needs to get it together now if they want a league title the next few years.

Whoever plays the cleanest will win this game (duh). West needs to find other play makers than Seasay, Anton can be that with his arms and legs. NL will be interesting to see how they respond after a game they could of won. How does Stephens respond after throwing multiple picks, 4 I believe. NL plays confidently so I doubt it's an issue. Should be exciting.

West put the Jv team in the last few minutes and new lex scored on them. Great game by West.
