Congrats to Philo on another playoff appearance, however, it will be short lived. The Electrics started the year 5-1 but have since dropped 4 straight MVL Big School Games to end the regular season.
Philo defense struggles against the run and Hartley is known for being a smash mouth team. Hartley runs for 300+ yards and advances with a running clock.

Just saw where Philo has dropped out of the playoffs due to an illness outbreak within the program

Yes. It is a forfeit and Hartley moves to the next round.
Philo had an outbreak of hand foot and mouth disease. Couple that with playing one of those city recruiting teams it was the best for all just to not play the game. Yep, I have never been a fan of private schools playing in the tourney with public schools and never will be.
