With the end of Summer looming and school starting back up, and high school football practically here, SVC let's talk.
Will Unioto continue to dominate football this year?
What will Zane Trace and Piketon return from last year?
Will Paint Valley take steps back with their new coach?
Will Southeastern take steps forward with their new coach?
What about Adena?
Does Huntington and Westfall bust through to a top 3 team?

Any and all opinions are welcome.

Imo

1)unioto from what I have seen we look very good

2) Piketon zt winner zt has better returning skill players and some line but piketon has all their o line and qb back

3) piketon zt loser

4-8) be very hard to pick from I think Huntington will be better, pv will struggle, idk what to expect from westfall, Adena and southeastern are total mystery for me

Have been to several 7on7’s so far and would say Unioto is head and shoulders above the field.
1. Unioto- will this be the year they get that first playoff win

2-4 ZT, Piketon, Huntington- If Huntington can get solid line play I think they will be in the mix with Piketon and ZT as they have some nice looking kids that I have seen this summer.

5-6 Westfall/PV - Westfall has a very good Sophomore class and PV only has 28 kids on their roster this year but 12 are Seniors.
7-8 Adena/SE- Se will be better just based on the improvement on the sideline

3 on the O line and a move in from Logan Elm.

Who is the new coach in Bainbridge and where did Dye end up

I believe Coach Dye ended up at Miami Trace. Heard PV new coach used to be head coach at Adena, I just can't remember his name.

Dye indeed went to Miami Trace I think as Def Coordinator and John Penwell is the new head coach at PV. Tough situation out Bainbridge way right now as we have 12 Seniors and 12 Freshmen on a 28 man roster. Hopefully we can get a few more players to play, tough way to enter for the new Coach.

Have to go with Unioto until Piketon can prove they can push through, but I believe that'll be a good game Piketon in the trenches this year might be the top team in the SVC but lost some talented skilled players. ZT I'm not really sure what all they return, I think the surprise team for me might be Huntington with what all they're returning and another year of stability at the coaching position for that group could see Huntington in the middle of the pack this year. SE I believe will be searching for itself and they'll have to be patient they return some pieces but it's going to be an uphill battle, PV with everything that went on over there and all the talent they lost it's going to be tough. Westfall is another team I really don't know a lot about but seem like they've been gaining some momentum the last couple years but no idea what they return.

I was really impressed with the Huntington coaching staff last year. I know they have a good QB back that started as a sophomore. I have heard SE has good numbers for them compared to the last few years. Don't know much about the new coach, except SE guy.

Frankie Hirsch is a name to watch for Huntington. When I saw them at the CHS 7on7 he sure looked like quite the athlete and seems to have grown a bit from last season.

His younger brother is a good athlete and I look forward to him to be a nice reciever I just don’t know their situation on the line could be what holds the huntsmen back
