Pens vs Rangers round 1 of the Stanley Cup playoffs Thursday night in the Garden.

Pens limp into the playoffs. Not much to be excited about for Pens fans.

Our only plus is that we have a very good goalie in Marc Andre FLeury and a hot goalie can carry you very far in the playoffs.

Hoping for a Pens win in a 7 game series (we owe them from last year) but it has all the makings of a Rangers win in 5 or less.

No doubt Carey Price is good, scary good.

To me, the most impressive award is being picked by the players as the best in the league.

On a side note, the Blackhawks, through Stan Bowman, Scotty Bowman's son, have built a powerhouse in the Windy city. 3 cups in 6 years and their lineup is set for years to come.
